UT Europe is our best and biggest product yet! It features every available road from TeleAtlas commercial data, some greatly enhanced railroad system (including railyards), and of course that already legendary night lighting system.
But the water features in Ultimate Terrain Europe are really something special.

Initially we use commercial TeleAtlas water datasets as the base, which is currently the most detailed, large-scale water data available for the European Region (only the TeleAtlas data will draw all rivers and streams in their true polygonal shapes, and not as textured lines). Then we enhance this data even further by adding over 10,000 custom-drawn features from high-resolution satellite images. The end result is a FS2004 terrain that is more detailed then even the best maps of Europe!
We have also redefined the way coastlines are drawn. Coastlines are sized properly depending on their location. Wave effects appear, but are not overdone in the detailed bays and harbors. Enhancing the coastlines even further, UT Europe also generates sandy beaches where they are supposed to exist.
UT Europe also transforms FS2004's urban landscape completely with cities, towns and even small villages appearing in much more accurate locations. It also includes detailed land polygons for commercial and industrial areas, parks, golf courses, and of course beaches. The polygons align with the road boundaries, just like you would see them on high quality mapping services and GPS units!
As with all UT products, UT Europe is highly configurable, with over 30 features that can be turned on and off to suit your personal needs. Also considering many users have a collection of fine regional scenery products set in Europe, we work hard in cooperation with many other developers to provide the best compatibility with Ultimate Terrain, now and in the future.
